IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ph3365 ("ph3365", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 3.1 ph3365 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.
3.2 All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using a payment method that is registered in the full legal name of the ph3365 account holder. Third-party payments — including deposits or withdrawals made by or on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso, one hundred). Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method selected and are displayed in the account's cashier section.
3.4 ph3365 does not charge processing fees on standard GCash or Maya transactions. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are not within ph3365's control.
3.5 Withdrawal processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. ph3365 will not be liable for delays caused by the payment processor, the user's bank, or force majeure events.
3.6 ph3365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.
4.1 ph3365 may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. The specific terms of each promotion, including the wagering requirements (also called "rollover requirements"), eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods, are set out in the individual promotion terms displayed alongside each offer.
4.2 All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. 11.2 Your continued use of the ph3365 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.
11.3 The version of the Terms displayed on ph3365.vip/terms-conditions at any given time is the current applicable version. The effective date is displayed at the top of this document.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of the ph3365 platform, shall first be submitted to ph3365 customer support for informal resolution. ph3365 will endeavour to respond to formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
